[Tinymux] [lit()] Question

I have a question. I know that [lit()] returns the literal value within it. But is there away to take straight input and pass it through a command without it being parsed by the system. Such as the %R%T%B and any other formatting functions being set within it.

Example code:

&cmd-code #123=$input *:@pemit %#=You have set '%0'.;&_input %#=[lit(%0)]

In that example it will only place a %0, is there some function that I'm missing in the files that can do what I want?
