	I'm guessing it's because it was TCL. What with PHP being the most 
common scripting language in current use, I suspect there will be a wider 
audience for its use.

	I spent a goodly chunk of last night writing the SAPI code to make 
PHP work with TinyMUX. I'll need to pick Brazil's brain for the code to 
fully integrate it, but so far, it's been quite straightforward.
