[Tinymux] Say and Languages

I know with the @icmd will allow us to override the commands such as say, pose, emit, pemit, and remit. But how would one go about filtering all of those commands to include a bit of Language codex. Nothing fancy, just a Have Language:1, Doesn't have Language:0. How can I take a pose like

So-And-So looks over at Jason, "Yeah I know." He then turns to Syndey, "Of course."

And any player not having the language should see...

So-And-So looks over at Jason, says something untranslateable. He then turns to Syndey, says something untranslateable.

Any help would be welcome!
