[Tinymux] How does one disable 'Home'?

What about @hook? Attach an additional action to 'home' (if possible?) 
that either sends the player back to where they came from - for yo-yo 
madness til they learn to not use 'home' - or perhaps a neater way to 
check if the new location is an IC/OOC location and set the player 
accordingly (if IC locations are identifiable some way, eg owned by a 
specific builder).
