[Tinymux] Adding a flag in MUX2

Oh, I had never even thought of that as a solution - it works great, or at least did once I added a flag_access entry for the flag into the config file.

Look at 'wizhelp flag_name' and 'help flag list2'.

You can rename MARKER0 through MARKER9 to something else using flag_name.
