[Tinymux] Commands to avoid in TinyMUX 2.4 for now

There is an endless loop bug In TinyMUX 2.4.0.13 and TinyMUX 2.4.0.14
that was introduced into TinyMUX 2.4 on August 8th, 2004.  Other
releases of TinyMUX (including TinyMUX 2.3) are not affected.

Don't use @list globals or @list logging.

I was fixing another bug found with a static analyzer and mistakenly
removed the critial 'nt++'.

The fix is in and will appear in the next release of TinyMUX 2.4.
