[Tinymux] MUX recompile in Win32

Just a question regarding recompiling Mux 2.3 under Windows...

A script I am installing requires a recompile and startmux once everything 
has been quoted in..

What is the best way to achieve this?

Or should I bite the bullet and reinstall Linux?
