If not here, where else? nails tried to provide a helpful solution, but 
it's still subject to the chicken & the egg problem. It's a mailing list. 
Not a forum. When you join it, you expect it to be spammy (or you don't 
know how public mailing lists work. It's also the only official MUX 
communication form we have other than the limited span of BrazilMUX.

For the record:
Yes, I object to the kind of SQL implimentation Brazil has in mind.
