You can actually do a bunch of neat stuff like flag certain comments as things 
To-Do and Doxygen will generate a master To-Do list. The same is for bugs and 
a few other things. Here's an example:

Let me know if anything needs tweaking, we can fill in some more stuff as time 
goes on.
