[Tinymux] Zone Function

I have a function which requires the usage of zone() by anyone upon anyone. This is critical because it is used in the news.txt file for formatting. Unfortunately, even after removing all permissions from zone via the .conf file, a player may still not use it upon another player, news.txt can't use it on a player (unless the player is a Wiz), and #1 can't use it on itself.

Am I missing something, or is this a behaviour of the function (and if so, is there any way we can make it simply default to WIZARD access, with that being removable)?
