[Tinymux] Odd problem

I'm running Tinymux 2.3 on Linux with no previous problems. I attempted to start it up today, got no error message, but got nonblocking connect: Connection refused when I attempted to connect to it. The log gives me:

I shut it down normally the last time I ran it, and saw no problems or errors. I haven't made any changes to the operating system or programs, and the last related changes I'd made were editing motd.txt and wizmotd.txt. This is coming out of the blue.
