Most of the ANSI handling is performed in stringutil.cpp, however, my
mail was talking about some future implementation which doesn't
currently exist. So, there is no conversion in the networking layer at
the moment. The only thing you'll find there now is if someone is not
set ANSI, the ANSI sequences are stripped off before the result is
sent over the wire.
