[Tinymux] Interesting Problem

I just configured TinyMux and got it started, when I went in with wizard and tried to type help I got the 'Huh' message, minimum DB did not start up?

Also the Sandbox basics use to be installed, are they still in the base DB?

Should I reinstall or any other suggestions would be appreciated.
