[Tinymux] Compiling on FreeBSD

Using gmake appears to have taken care of things. I won't know for certain
till I set up the config file and try firing the thing up, but at least
everything appears to have compiled without trouble.

Try using 'gmake' instead of 'make'. MUX's makefiles might require gnu make,
which is not the default make in many environments.
