[Tinymux] Telnet Client issues

1. The Trebuchet client locks up and has to be killed. It seems to be
related to the End Of Record (EOR) option. This seems to be a client
bug.

2. Windows telnet loses its local echo. A workaround is Ctrl-], set
localecho, <enter>, <enter>. This seems to be related to
kludge-linemode and its relationship to the client input mode. The
input mode is not directly controllable from the server, and Windows
telnet's ideas about input mode are a little different than Unix
telnet's ideas.

Have I mentioned lately that I hate the Windows telnet client?
