[Tinymux] @query/sql

I can't say anything about PennMUSH, but BattletechMUX has implemented
@query as layed out by: http://docs.btmux.com/index.php/Command:@query
I find syntax 1 to be a lot more natural, with the query being the last
thing after an = sign. I think that's easier to find and harder to mess
up on.
