[Tinymux] another make error

The catalyst for the first make issue was a change in the compiler.
The catalyst for the second issue is that there aren't that many
platforms that don't support IEEE floating-point format, and it took
awhile for the build bug in my code to be revealed.

I'm curious as to what platform you're building on that would hit the
IEEE floating-point issue.
