[Tinymux] Contrib directory

Two new items have been added to ftp://ftp.tinymux.org/TinyMUX/contrib
recently. These are also being included in the tools sub-directory of
the TinyMUX 2.4 distribution.

Ashen-Shugar's muxdbpuller (muxdbpuller.tgz) extracts objects and
attributes from flatfiles. The extracted objects are in @decomp
format. This tool avoids the hassle of bringing up a separate instance
of the server only to retrieve one object.

Ian Elliot's a2h (Makefile.a2h) converts ANSI log files into HTML.

A related tool is ansify.l which takes ANSI %x-escapes and generates
the corresponding raw ANSI sequences.
