[Tinymux] Sudden Code Breaking

There is a bug in lcon(). The logic for Can_Hide(), Hidden(), and See_Hidden
is wrong.
 We just isolated this on Shangrila. And, we're still testing, so there may
be other problems.
 However, I have some incredibly exciting news. Shangrila normally takes
2.5-10% of the CPU. With the latest performance tweaks, its use of the CPU
has dropped to 0.3-1.2%. This is with 486 people on. I haven't had a chance
to perform a formal profiling, yet. But these changes look very promising.
