[Tinymux] Web Access to MUX2.x

I remember from the days when i used to 'moo' (now long behind me) 
and one had this neat website where you could access the game, read 
mail (through a email like interface) and navigate the game as if it 
was a website.  There was a java client built in to rp with in the 
center but everything else was hyper links.

Has anyone else though of porting such a idea to mux?  I know the 
usual answer will be 'your welcome to try' but i dont have that kind of skill.
