[Tinymux] TinyMUX Wiki and Doxygen sources

The http://www.tinymux.org page has been updated.
 I've removed News, FAQ, and Support links and added a link to the
Doxygenated sources provided by BTMUX and to a new Wiki hosted by MUSHPark.
The new wiki uses MediaWiki, and is rather nifty. At one time, there was a
different wiki, but it spontaneously disappeared. Since the new one is
hosted on the same site as the website itself, I believe the odds are that
it will not spontaneously disappear. The information on the News, FAQ, and
Support pages should appear instead in the Wiki.
 Feel free to contribute. Don't be shy.
 On the Doxygenated sources front, I've been adding doxygen-style comments
to htab.cpp and player_c.cpp. It has been useful to try to describe what
things do. The process itself I believe will probably help expose bugs.
Controlling doxygen itself has been a negative experience, but its working
now.
