[Tinymux] News File

This may seem like a silly question and I have reviewed the archives on this but what is the command to see the news file? It says in the help file, help news with says news <topic>

I constructed my news file like so:

Develop Your Character

  Use this information to develop your characters background. A long
background is not required, however we would like to see some information on
your character. Consider the following questions. Where did you grow up? What
did your father and mother do? Are they still alive? Do you have brothers and
sisters? Are they younger or older? What career did you choose? If you selected
any of the following traits they should be explained some. Famous,
Knows a Secret, Life Experience, Membership, Wealth, Addition, Dependent,
Duty, Enemy, Infamous, Outsider or Primative. For information on cities,
towns and general background for the continent see news ealon.

See +help BACKGROUNDS

I am unable to view it in the mux after I uploaded it and @readcache.
I appreciate any assistance.
