[Tinymux] Master Room & Registration

I have two questions and appreciate the help.

1 - What is the best way to 'lock' up the master room so that only wizards can access it. Would it be @lock here=w?

2 - I am considering having players email to gain access to the game, how would I set it so that you could not just create a character from the log in screen?
