That will limit access to who may or may not set the flag, but I don't
believe that will hide it (ala the SUSPECT flag) from players.
One option is to simply not use flags for this. Use hidden/wizard locked
attributes instead, and then instead of hasflag() use hasattr() or some
such.
If the hiding of flags is necessary, I suggest going to BrazilMUX and
submitting a +request.
