[Tinymux] Segmentation Faults 2.6

The gdb callstack points to the disk-based part of the server. I can't look
at it any deeper than that at the moment, but I'll fix it sometime today.

Since Firan uses memory_based, and I've been working on Firan build for
about a week -- merging their mods (include their @email and SQL()) and
making improvements, the odds are high that while the memory-based side
builds and works, something was added which doesn't break the disk-based
build but does cause it to fault.

The notes from merging the sources are on
http://www.tinymux.org/wiki/index.php/Firan, and it's been up and running
since last Thursday (2 days under VMware on my home computer, and now for
about 2 days on segfault). There are still two conflicts that need to be
worked out (the Created attribute and the @flag command). On my home
computer (Windows XP with VMWare with Debian), a @dump takes 8 seconds. On
segfault, the same @dump takes about 15 seconds. While all of the softcode
has not yet been validated, all the reports I can find look right, Exaurdon
and Lord iShari have used the combat system without finding anything.
