[Tinymux] Attribute Flags: Hidden

Currently, the 'see_all' @power does not override the 'hidden'
attribute flag. The see_all @power lets you examine objects that
aren't yours.

A set up from having the 'see_all' @power is to be set ROYALTY. The
Royalty flag does give you the ability to see 'hidden' attributes.

Another approach is to not set the attribute 'hidden'.

I think others will want see_all to represent a single notch up in
permissions (the ability to examine things that aren't yours), and
would oppose lumping several permissions advancements into the same
thing.
