[Tinymux] SSH and TinyMUX

We have considered it. Or, at least I presume that we have considered it.

Maintaining a ssh across a @restart seems to be problematic.

Even if your connection is private, your communications there are most
likely to be sent across someone else's non-SSH connection.

It may not be officially on the list of bugs, but it's in the back of
my head to do eventually.
