[Tinymux] Support for Windows 95, 98, 98SE, Me, and NT 4.0 in TinyMUX 2.6

This is sort of relating to something that was confusing me. I had 2.2 
ish installed on my ME machine, but either I'm more inept than I 
thought, or it doesn't run on XP?? Even when I did a fresh install with 
the newest code (using the binary), I couldn't get Simple MU to connect 
to it on my local machine ... I have the XP firewall turned off and am 
using Zone Alarm ...
