[Tinymux] Support for Windows 95, 98, 98SE, Me, and NT 4.0in TinyMUX 2.6

I remembered about not using the 'X' but your note actually sent me on 
the right path - I was using the XP "RUN" rather than the DOS command 
box! *smacks self on head several times* Thank you! That was exactly 
what I needed!
