I second this. I don't see the point in having code whose sole purpose is to 
refuse to run on a particular OS if it otherwise may. I /do/ see the point in 
perhaps a popup dialog that, when detecting pre-Win2k Windows, it warns 
the user that TM is not supported on those OSes, so it may or may not work 
for them. That's fair.
