[Tinymux] TinyMUSH 3.1 -> TinyMUX conversion

Look at ftp://ftp.tinymux.org/TinyMUX/tm3tomux-2.1.5.tar.gz

That will convert a TinyMUSH 3.0 or 3.1 flatfile to TinyMUX 2.1+ and
make recommendations for some of the mismatches.

It should just work, but if it doesn't, let me know.
