[Tinymux] Ontime bug in Win32 TinyMUX

I'm really at a loss here, hoping somebody can help me out.

I'm building a game on the most recent Win32 TinyMUX port available on the
TinyMUX homepage. Although it works great, by and large, there is one
aggravating problem I've run into. On the 'who' list, the column displaying
the time connected for players is continuously resetting itself. The timer
for any one person never reaches more than ten minutes before resetting back
to 0:00, often it resets itself several times within one minute, and all
players don't all reset at once, but recent at uneven and unpredictable
intervals.

This only seems to happen in the Win32 port, and I cannot determine why. It
has nothing to do with my machine, as I ran PennMUSH for some time without
this problem occuring, and I also compiled one of the Unix ports in Cygwin
when this problem arose and found that it doesn't occur in the Unix version
either.

Here's where I get really lost. I tried moving my existing database from
the Win32 version into the Unix version. The read-me files for this
instruct me to move my database files and text files from Win32 port over
into the game/data folder in the Unix compiled port, so I did this. The
game does indeed load, reads my text files, as evidenced by my welcome
screen, and appears to load my database, as typing WHO from the connection
screen shows the total players ever connected to be the same as it is when I
run the database from Win32. However, the transfer doesn't retain my
characters. In fact, no characters whatsoever exist. Not only can I not
log into any of my characters or staff members, but even the #1 character
cannot be logged in with the default name and password.

IF, however, I move the netmux.exe file from the Win32 port folders over
into the Unix port folders, then my characters do load, and I can log in.
But then the same problem returns with the timer resetting on the who list's
'on for' timer. I have no idea what to do, if anyone could tell me how to
fix the problem in the Win32 port (preferable) or, alternatively, properly
transfer my entire database, including characters, over to the Unix port
without having the same problem arise, I would be incredibly grateful.

Thanks in advance.
