[Tinymux] Creating Flags...

Hey guys, 
 
I'm pretty sure this is something simple that I've missed somewhere in th
documentation, but can someone refresh my memory on how to create flags in
TinyMUX?  I know in Penn it's @flag/add, but there doesn't seem to be an
equivalent in MUX.
