[Tinymux] What is FIRANMUX + MEMORY_BASED

That combination turns on the following:


   - Adds immutable @power which prevents said object from being changed.
   - LBUF_SIZE is doubled from 8000 to 16000.
   - Attributes per object is not limited.

Other changes that I'm aware of that would be required (but are not yet
provided) are:


   - Another command permission.
   - Functional SQL connector interface.
