[Tinymux] Google Groups and a Question.

The first two were created to announce commits and changes to issues.
Anyone can join, but no one can post. The last one opens a question.
Does it make sense to move the tinymux list? The current list has
accumulated a history, and by outsourcing it, we may lose some control
over the implementation. The downside to the current setup is that
about once a month, I manually discard about 300 spam messages (post
by non-members). Also, the current setup has a single point of
failure.
Anyone have an opinion?
