Administration
From TinyMUX
Administration refers to the work that goes into setting up, configuring, and maintaining a server.
- Downloading the source code or binaries,
- Unpacking and compiling,
- Setting specific config parameters,
- Applying patches that are released later,
- Controlling who can connect to the server.
Some of these tasks are supported by various scripts while some tasks are accomplished manually.
