Command quota increment
CONFIG PARAMETER: command_quota_increment
Specifies the number of commands the command quota is increased for connected users each timeslice. Each command a user types in decreases the quota by 1. The user’s commands are only executed if the quota is greater than zero. Commands executed by machines owned by the user do not count against this quota.
