Look obey terse

CONFIG PARAMETER: look_obey_terse <yes/no>

DEFAULT: YES

Indicates whether or not the ’look’ command obeys the TERSE flag when deciding how much information to display. If set to yes, the terse_shows_contents, terse_shows_exits, and terse_shows_move_messages config options control the amount of information displayed for TERSE players.
