CONFIG PARAMETER: quiet_whisper <yes/no>

DEFAULT: yes

Indicates whether or not whispers are completely invisible except to the whispered-to player, or if a ‘<whisperer> whispers something to <recipient>.’ message is displayed to everyone else in the same room.
