Register create file

CONFIG PARAMETER: register_create_file <filename>

DEFAULT: text/create_reg.txt

Specifies the name of the file that is shown to players who attempt to create a new character when registration is in force from their site.

This configuration option cannot be changed after the server starts. It can only be changed via the configuration file.
