Wizard motd message

CONFIG PARAMETER: wizard_motd_message <message>

DEFAULT: blank

Sets the wizard MOTD message that is displayed to wizards when they log in. This message is displayed in addition to the contents of the wizmotd.txt file. It can be changed with the @motd/wiz command and examined by the @listmotd command.
