Lband()
Description
FUNCTION: lband(<list>[, <sep>])
Performs a bitwise AND reduction across a list of integers using 64-bit arithmetic.
An optional separator may be specified to use a delimiter other than a space.
Examples
> say lband(7 3 1)
You say, “1”
> say lband(255 15)
You say, “15”
