Url_escape()
Description
FUNCTION: url_escape(<string>)
Returns the RFC 3986 percent-encoded form of the given string. Characters that are not unreserved (letters, digits, hyphen, period, underscore, tilde) are encoded as %XX hex sequences.
Examples
> say url_escape(hello world)
You say, “hello%20world”
> say url_escape(a=1&b=2)
You say, “a%3D1%26b%3D2”
