FUNCTION: url_unescape(<string>)
Decodes an RFC 3986 percent-encoded string, converting %XX hex sequences back to their original characters.
Examples
> say url_unescape(hello%20world)
You say, “hello world”
> say url_unescape(a%3D1%26b%3D2)
You say, “a=1&b=2”
