About

TinyMUX is a member of the MUSH family of servers which in turn is a member of the broader class of MUD servers. Other members include PennMUSH, TinyMUSH, and RhostMUSH.

TinyMUX runs natively on Linux, macOS, and Windows, targeting both 64-bit and 32-bit platforms. It is a platform which allows potentially several thousand players to connect to a single text-driven environment, interact with each other and with the environment (which is maintained in a database). The rich programming environment can be used to build almost anything, limited only by your own imagination.

The current release is TinyMUX 2.13. Major features include native UTF-8 Unicode support, SSL/TLS, SQLite-backed persistence, a module/plugin architecture, and the PCRE2 regular expression library.

BrazilMUX

A recent version of the server is running at BrazilMUX (brazilmux.tinymux.org port 6250) and available for questions and support.
