siteadmin	Can @shutdown and @restart.
stat_any	Can @stat any player.
steal_money	Can give negative money.
tel_anywhere	Can teleport anywhere.
tel_anything	Can teleport anything (includes tel_anywhere).
unkillable	Cannot be killed with the ‘kill’ command.
